Crème Anglaise was formed in April 2004. In 2005, we recorded a CD in France. It was mixed by John and Mark Hart in New York.

There are 6 original tunes on the CD and our special guest is the soul/gospel singer Barbara Walker from Philadelphia.

The CD is titled "Creme Anglaise".
